My name is Jenifer Stewart. I’m the Head of Design for Work Management Solutions at Atlassian, where our mission is to unleash the potential in every team.

Our mission resonates deeply with me and intersects with my personal goal to unleash my full potential as a leader, creator, innovator, futurist, friend, partner, mentor, coach, and citizen of the world. I’ve always had big ambitions, a vision for the future, and the practice of design to problem solve and create human-centered solutions and experiences. Whether that’s transforming organizations through powerful collaboration products like Jira Software, scaling high performing design teams and practices, or nourishing the careers of amazing designers and leaders - DESIGN is at the heart of who I am and how I approach life, work, and the world.

I care deeply about unlocking personal growth, developing talent and passions, and leveraging great people and ideas as a change agent for a better future. After all, great teams start with great people. A few areas that are close to my heart include women’s rights and gender equality, diversity & inclusion in Tech - particularly for people of color and marginalized communities, and design ethics.
